By accessing or using ThriftDuck ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
ThriftDuck is a cloud-based inventory management platform designed for resellers. The Service allows you to track inventory, record sales, generate reports, connect third-party marketplace accounts, and access AI-powered pricing tools.
You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Each account is for a single business entity. You may not share account credentials with others outside your organization.
Free Plan: Includes limited inventory slots and basic features. Free accounts are subject to usage limits as described on our pricing page.
Paid Plans: Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time; your plan remains active through the end of the billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.
We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.
You retain full ownership of all data you enter into ThriftDuck, including inventory records, sales data, photos, and notes.
We claim no intellectual property rights over your content. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
ThriftDuck integrates with third-party services including eBay and OpenAI. By connecting these services, you authorize ThriftDuck to access your data on those platforms as necessary to provide features.
We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of third-party services. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms.
You agree not to:
ThriftDuck uses artificial intelligence (via OpenAI) for features such as price estimates, item identification, and description generation. AI-generated content is provided as-is for informational purposes. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated prices, suggestions, or descriptions. You are responsible for verifying information before relying on it for business decisions.
ThriftDuck is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.
You may delete your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in activity that is harmful to the Service or other users.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
